Statement
It is the policy of Ashe County
Transportation Authority to ensure compliance with Title VI of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964: CFR, Part 21; that no person shall
be discriminated against because of color, religious belief,
race, gender, age, national origin, or disability from any
services provided by the use of federal funds from the United
States Department of Transportation.
